1. Consultation and negotiation
Customers contact us through the official website, email or phone to describe the need.
Discuss the product type (e.g. vase, pot), size, colour, quantity and other requirements. We provide preliminary suggestions, including feasible designs, materials, processes and production time.
2. Determine quotation
We make a detailed quotation according to customer's requirements:
Product cost, design fee, sample fee (if applicable) and logistics cost.
Define the payment method (e.g. deposit percentage and final payment time).
3. Sample making
Produce samples according to customer's confirmed requirements:
Provide design drawings or 3D effect drawings to visually display the product appearance.
Produce physical samples for customers to check the material, workmanship, size and quality.
Receive feedback and make necessary modifications until the customer is satisfied.
4. Determine the delivery date
Confirm the delivery time with the customer after the sample is confirmed:
Provide a clear delivery schedule according to the order quantity and production plan.
If the customer has a specific project schedule, we will try our best to co-operate and optimise the production plan.
5. Signing the order
The customer signs a formal co-operation contract with us:
The contract contains product specifications, order quantity, price, delivery date and after-sales terms.
After the customer pays the deposit, the order is officially launched.
6. Production of goods
Enter into mass production stage to ensure efficient and strict execution:
Rigorous selection of high quality ceramic raw materials and production according to confirmed designs and samples.
The use of advanced equipment combined with hand craftsmanship ensures the high standard of each product.
7. Quality control products
All products undergo strict quality inspection after completion:
Appearance check: no scratches, bubbles, cracks and other defects.
Specification check: make sure the size, weight and design are consistent with the samples.
Packaging check: protective packaging in line with transport requirements to avoid transport damage.
8. Shipment acceptance
The products will be shipped on time after passing the quality inspection:
Arrange logistics (sea, air or express) according to customers' requirements.
Provide real-time logistics information and customs clearance support (if applicable).
